What does well being mean and How can it be promoted?

Wellbeing may be defined as overall happiness, personal development or a better quality of life. In order to flourish, it is important to balance emotions, set goals and engage in new activities with appreciation and strong interpersonal bonds.

Wellbeing should be promoted on an individual level through finding meaning and purpose, as well as on a governmental/societal level by promoting complete health and a work/life balance.
